When you enroll in our 3 Year Membership Plan, you’re not just safeguarding your home’s plumbing—you’re setting yourself up for consistent value and peace of mind. With a single up-front payment, you gain uninterrupted coverage and access to professional expertise for three full years. Whether your home relies on a traditional tank water heater or a tankless system, there’s a tailored membership option designed to provide precisely what you need. Each plan includes one comprehensive Annual Water Heater Flush, a thorough Annual Whole House Check-Up, Camera Inspection, Discounts, and Priority Scheduling ensuring the heart of your water system and every exposed pipe are monitored for performance and safety. If you have more than one water heater, you’re welcome to add coverage for each additional unit with a separate flush fee. Below, you’ll find an outline of the annual benefits included with your membership—crafted to help you catch potential issues early, reduce the risk of unexpected repairs, and maximize your long-term savings.

  • Annual Whole House Check-Up: We do a visual inspection of all visible and accessible plumbing inside, outside and in the attic. We will attempt to identify and document brand names of plumbing fixtures and equipment to allow for future ease of repairs. We will ask to turn on faucets and flush toilets to verify the fixtures are not leaking and draining properly. We do not open or close any emergency valves due to potential age or lack of use. We will check under sinks, in the attic, toilet tanks, faucets, equipment, hose bibs, sprinkler vacuum breaker, pool fill and look at vents on the roof from ground level. We do not check appliances. If we find any issues with your plumbing during our visual inspection, we will notify you and create a free estimate for repairs. Repairs are optional. The only requirement is customer must allow us to do the Whole House Check-Up to get the Water Heater Flush.

  • Annual Camera Inspection: We will conduct a Camera Inspection of the Sewer if a readily accessible clean-out is available. Clean-out must be 2” or larger for our camera. Camera Inspection allows us to see if there is any excessive build up in pipes, backfall, breaks, roots. If any issues arise, we will notify you and give you a free optional estimate for the repairs. Most of the drainage piping will not have a clean-out and will not be inspected, however in most cases the Kitchen Sink and Main Sewer will have a cleanout. If the main sewer does not have a cleanout our technician on-site can give options to get a clean-out installed. For an additional cost we can provide Video and Mark area of concern.
  • Annual Water Heater Flush: Standard Membership Tank Type Water Heaters will collect sediment over time and will require annual flushes to potentially remove the sediment. Tank type water heater flush is only available for water heaters less than 10 Years Old and a Brass Drain is required. We do not flush water heaters with plastic drains. If the Heater is not older than 7 years old we will present an estimate to upgrade the drain to a brass drain. Premium Membership Tankless Water Heater will collect mineral deposits inside the coils, air filters and condensation drain will clog. We will provide the solution required to flush the tankless heater and clean the air and condensation filter. Tankless must have a flush kit preinstalled to do the flush. If a flush valve is not installed the on-site technician will provide a free required estimate.
  • 8% Discount: All Regular Services will automatically have the 8% Discount applied to the services before the customer is given the estimate. The Discount does not apply to Materials. The discount will not automatically apply to non-regular services such as Sewer Line Replacement, Repipes, Gas Lines Installation, Remodels, Large Projects. These types of projects will require a separate line item for discounts to apply.
  • Priority Scheduling: In the event of you having a plumbing emergency, you will be scheduled with the next available technician. Our technician will be dispatched to your Residents once they have completed their current project.
